I really got very tired of how awkward, slow, balkey and just plain old UNPLEASANT having my WordPress blog here on WordPress.com was. I asked about that in the Forums and got basically no response, as if the problem were all mine, or not a problem, or whatever.

Somewhere along the line I caught drift of a thing called Thesis, and simultaneously learned that I could host my WordPress blog on my own hosted site.

In that whole process, I also discovered BlueHost. Boy, I dropped GoDaddy so fast it made MY head spin, and I can’t tell you how happy I now am.  If you have a WordPress.com blog, you’ll want to check these resources out. If you’re in any way not absolutely thrilled with your current hosting site, you’ll want to check out BlueHost.  One thing alone sets them above GoDaddy: toll-free 24/7 tech support. Plus I was never able to figure out my way around GoDaddy without help, but it’s quite simple with the CPanel thingie BlueHost uses.  Give it a try.
